Queen formed in 1970 in London, England, and the band quickly became one of the leading rock forces in the world. With Freddie Mercury at the helm, Queen rose to the forefront of the global rock scene thanks to smash hits like We Are the Champions, Fat Bottomed Girls, Under Pressure, Stone Cold Crazy, and Bohemian Rhapsody. Critics and fans alike can agree that Mercury's Queen was nothing short of brilliant, and the legacy of this British rock group will live on forever. Tragically, though, Freddie Mercury passed away in 1991, and Queen fans around the world were devastated. Two years after Mercury's death, a group of talented rockers united in London to form a Queen tribute band, and thus Killer Queen was born. This tribute act aimed to relive the greatest Queen concert moments of the '70s and '80s, and they proved that they could accomplish this goal every single time they take the stage.
